This term we are reading Charles Dickens' books
- we start with information about the author (interesting facts etc)
-in December we read and work with "Christmas Carol"

For me the most interesting fact about Dickens was his last novel "The Mystery of Edwin Drood". He written only half of it. He left it unfinished when he had a stroke in 1870. This novel's hero was young man named Eldwin Drood. He was engaged with Rosa Bud. His fiancee was also Jhon's Jaspers (his uncle's) secrer love. After Rosa's break with Eldwin he disappered. Dicken's left no clues about this event. A lot of people was thinking that his uncle killed him. The second very interesting fact about mr. Charles was his surrname

3.) He had 10 kids with his wife, but he left her for the actress.
4.) His face was on British pounds.
5.) Charles Dickens' father was in prison when the writer was young.
For me book 'A Christmas Carol' is the most interesting book that I've never seen ,because there's history about old, selfish man, who hates Christmas. There are ghosts and terrible story arcs. Book has got good the end and it tells about transformation human emotions.
